Cancellation Policy
Bookings with 198 Radio Media must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session if another booking is scheduled after yours. Please arrive on time and contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
